Since I have been in Recruitment Industry almost 5 years, I met and witnessed a lot of candidates who came with a strong intention to change their job, but when a job offer from their desired companies came up, they could not make a logical decision to take it.

Why? – To find an answer to this question, I have been observing a lot of candidates who have been in the process with our customers who are Global Top, Medium or Start-Up Companies in the worldwide.

I believe that you must be thinking by reading this article that every a job changer or candidate has their own priority and reasons of not taking those jobs. You might be a right, but I realized that most candidates cannot make a logical decision or move to change their current job not because of their priority or reasons, but because of FEAR OF CHANGE. I have witnessed some candidates that they got their desired job with attractive salary and benefit packages, but they could not make a decision to move out of their current job. The reason is I think they are afraid of UNCERTAINTIES which might make them to regret that they left their CURRENT and COMFORT ZONE or STABLE JOB.

However, I saw some candidates who are BOLD, RISK-TAKERS and the one who believe that CHANGE or CHALLENGE make them more learn, grow and be a successful. This category of candidates are the one who make more SUCCESSFUL CAREER or make ACHIEVEMENTS than those who are AFRAID OF UNCERTAINTIES.

To make a long story short, I would like to mention that we are just human being and it is natural for us to make a mistake even in the current or new job or career, but we all learn from our mistakes and keep growing. So we should not be afraid of making mistakes, but we should be scared from COMFORT ZONE where nothing grows. We should face UNCERTAINTIES with a confidence which we can overcome. At that time, we will have more SATISFACTIONS in our JOB, CAREER and eventually OUR LIFE as well.
